For more than 29 years, I’ve helped healthcare organizations improve operations, strengthen quality, and transform data into better decisions.
My career began as a Medical Technologist, where I learned firsthand that every data point represents a patient. After eight years in the laboratory, I transitioned into healthcare operations and leadership, leading enterprise initiatives focused on quality improvement, operational excellence, analytics, and strategic transformation.
These experiences provided a unique perspective on the challenges healthcare organizations face and laid the foundation for the work I do today.
I founded Celerity because I believe meaningful improvement doesn’t come from adding complexity—it comes from creating clarity.
Whether leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives, developing executive dashboards, redesigning reporting processes, or facilitating strategic planning sessions, my mission is always the same: help organizations make better decisions, faster.
I partner with hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, insurance and payer organizations, and healthcare leaders to solve operational challenges, improve performance, and build lasting cultures of continuous improvement.
Outside of consulting, I enjoy teaching the next generation of healthcare leaders as an adjunct instructor, helping bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world healthcare operations.
As a Texas native, I believe relationships matter just as much as results. Whether I’m working with executive teams, frontline staff, or students, my goal is simple: leave people and organizations stronger than I found them.
